For over 35 years, La'Shaunda has been a dynamic leader in ministry, serving as a Trustee, Choir Director, Praise & Worship Leader, Sunday School Teacher, Speaker, and now Assistant Minister at First Baptist Church of Kennedy Heights. She’s been called to teach, lead, mentor, and minister with power, compassion, and clarity—whether from the choir stand, the pulpit, or the podium.

At the same time, La'Shaunda has built a powerhouse career outside the church. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from Wilberforce University, a Master of Arts in Teaching from the College of Mount St. Joseph, and a Master’s Certification in Project Management from George Washington University. With over 27 years in the Information Technology field and experience teaching at both the secondary and collegiate levels, she combines real-world strategy with spiritual insight to transform lives.

Today, La'Shaunda serves as a Senior Colleague Engagement Analyst at Archer Daniels Midland, while also leading Wisdom Flows, LLC — her coaching and consulting company dedicated to helping others unlock their full potential. Her motto: "Letting knowledge and spirit be your guide."

As a licensed minister, life coach, entrepreneur, speaker, and recording artist, La’Shaunda continues to reach audiences around the world through music, ministry, mentorship, and her recently published book, B.O.S.S. Rights: A Leader’s Guide to Recognizing That You Are Built for Opportunities, Success, and Service.

She is a proud Life Member and Ruby of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., where she has held multiple leadership roles, always proving herself to be a trendsetter, overcomer, and champion of change.
